Mazadak (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a live-auction and marketplace mobile application similar in functionality to live selling platforms. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Mazadak app, our website (if any), and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Saudi Arabia is our country of residence. The governing law is the applicable local laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“KSA”). Any dispute arising in relation to the Service shall be subject to the competent courts in KSA.

Request deletion of your account (some data may remain if required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution).

The Service is not intended for children under 13. If local laws require a higher age to buy/sell or participate in auctions, you must meet that requirement. If we learn that a child’s information has been collected in violation of applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
